Go guilt free on the Gold Coast at Mandala Organic Arts Café, an all vegan and vegetarian eatery making its mark in Mermaid Beach. An earthy colour palette paired with worn pleather furnishings, local artwork and open permaculture garden sets the tone for relaxed dining, with a menu that offers something to all tastes. With Mother Nature in mind, Mandala Organic Arts Café takes it back to basics, using local and organic produce with sustainable practices to create a complete vegan and vegetarian menu. Chow down on a tofu omelette for brunch with cherry tomato compote, rocket, asparagus, mushroom and chunky almond pesto or perhaps share around fresh pizzas like the Balsamic - a balsamic and Napoli base topped with roasted sweet potato, paprika roasted eggplant, capsicum and beetroot.
