Extraordinary examples of cool climate wines, the 'Bird Rock' Pinot Noir and the 'Bells' Syrah burst with berry characteristics. The Pinot Noir exemplifies the fine tannin balance and characteristic flavours of this cool climate-preferring grape and the Syrah ripples across the palate in a delicate dance of flavours and aromas delighting all who try. The 'Boobs' Chardonnay, named after legendary 60s surfer Boobs Johnson, was recently awarded four and a half stars by Wine State and is virtually flying out the door.
