Featuring two bedrooms, a double bed in the first, with electric blanket to keep you warm in winter, and a built in robe, the other with a double bunk and two single beds. The sofa in the lounge folds out to a double bed. Linen is provided, and towels for up to 6 guests.
The lounge features a TV and DVD player. A reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. In the bathroom you'll find a shower with a hip bath base suitable for very young children. The kitchen features a hotplate stove, full size fridge freezer and a microwave oven. The meals area adjacent to the kitchen is at the front of the house with a view over farmland and surrounding hills with no houses on the opposite of the road to spoil the view and the serenity.
Outside is a small laundry with washing machine and trough and clothes line in the back yard. An outside shower (cold water only) offers a chance to wash the sand and salt off after a day at the beach.
Ideally suited to families with a large secure enclosed yard with swings and a sandpit.
