Our Executive Chef creates menus driven by the freshest, local produce available. The seasonal menus often feature Indian and Southern Ocean fish, Rottnest Island scallops, Pemberton marron, Vasse asparagus, Margaret River venison, Mount Barker free range chicken and estate-reared lamb, grown on the parts of our land not suitable for viticulture. The focus is on inventive, modern Australian cuisine. Each dish is matched with our award winning selection of current and museum release wines and complemented by polished, friendly and efficient service.
