Details: Since Voyager Estate was established we have sought to create an environment where wines of the highest quality can be enjoyed with and complemented by food of the highest quality. Our Executive Chef creates menus driven by the freshest, local produce available. The seasonal menus often feature Indian and Southern Ocean fish, Rottnest Island scallops, Pemberton marron, Vasse asparagus, Margaret River venison, Mount Barker free range chicken and estate-reared lamb, grown on the parts of our land not suitable for viticulture. The focus is on inventive, modern Australian cuisine. Each dish is matched with our award winning selection of current and museum release wines and complemented by polished, friendly and efficient service. When visiting the Margaret River region, more that talk about what wineries they want to see, people ask, "Where shall we lunch?". At Voyager Estate, we agree that the way to people's hearts is through their stomachs. That's why our Restaurant team takes the best local produce to create a feast of sensational dishes that will leave you wishing you had room for more. Spacious and elegant, our beautiful dining room is a must-see and we look forward to welcoming you for lunch or coffee and cake, 7 days a week.
