Details: Set amongst a grove of peppermint trees, our spacious country cottages and bed and breakfast overlook a hectare of grape vines. We are perfectly located between Augusta and Margaret River and are in close proximity to both the ocean (Hamelin Bay) and the river (Alexandra Bridge). Enjoy a bush walk through nearby pine and karri trees or visit the caves and wineries that abound in this area. With the Crossroads General Store and the Karridale Tavern/Roadhouse within walking distance, your needs are well catered for. Stay in either Rose or Lavender Cottage. Each cottage is fully self-contained and caters for couples (both bedrooms having queen beds) or families. With a wood fire /reverce cycle aircon and spa, you are sure to have a comfortable stay. There is a 2 night minimum booking for the cottages. Our Bed and Breakfast room is spacious and offers all of the facilities you would find in a motel room. With tea/coffee making facilities, a toaster ,microwave and fridge, a limited amount of self-catering is possible. Directions: Our property fronts onto Bussell Highway. When you reach Karridale (20 minutes drive south of Margaret River along the Bussell Highway) look for the three red roofs, about 200 metres past the crossroads store on the left hand side of the road. We have a Brilea Cottages sign opposite our driveway. If you are coming from Augusta, we are approximately ten minutes drive north along the Bussell Highway.
